Hacienda Montorio is a tourist accommodation that offers lodging services, not a rental of housing.
In addition to the accommodation, the establishment offers additional paid services, available upon request and billed with VAT, such as:
• Late check-out until 18:00 → 40 € + VAT
• Barbecue pack → 15 € + VAT
• Additional cleaning during the stay → 100 € + VAT
• Extra change of bedding and towels → 90 € + VAT
• Paella pan rental → 12 € + VAT
• Management of purchases prior to arrival → 10 € + VAT
• Bicycle rental (subject to availability) → 15 € + VAT/day
All these services are optional, are provided during the guest’s stay and are billed separately, in accordance with the current tax regulations for tourist accommodations in Spain.
