What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the express consent given by the user in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR, through the selection of the consent checkbox on the form where the user verifies their consent.
How long will we keep your data?
We only store the personal data of users to the extent that we need it in order to use it for the purpose for which it was collected, and based on the legal basis for its processing. We will keep the personal data as long as there is a contractual relationship with the user and until the user exercises the right to delete, cancel and/or limit the processing of personal data.
